SHS Enrollment Precedure

Here is the step by step process of enrollment. You can email or contact us if you have more questions.

Enrollment Process: Admissions

Step 1

A

Visit Admission's Office and secure SHS Enrollment Form.

B

Fill up the form then proceed to assessment office for verification of LRN.

C

Proceed to Admission's Office with the verified Enrollment form for checking of (Credentials) Requirements.

Note: If you're able to download the form here and accomplished it beforehand please disregard Step 1's A and B and proceed to step 1's C.

Enrollment Process: Projects

Step 2

A

Validation of entrance requirements.

B

Issuance of ID No. one enrollment is approved by the enrolling officer.

Pay your tuition Fee at the Cashiers office.

Proceed to SHS Coordinators office for assignment of subjects.

Proceed to ID center.
